Summary: 

Auto-Responders have a variety of helpful settings:

  • You can set them to expire after a certain date. For example, if there is a deadline to register for an event.
  • You can restrict their usage to once per phone number. This is helpful if you are offering a one-time discount or promotion. 
  • You can also adjust or change the message or link that is sent in your message.


Prerequisites

This article assumes that you already have an active MojoTxt account with a phone number.  If you don't have an account yet, you can sign-up online. This article also assumes that you have already created an Auto-Responder.

 

  1. Log-into MojoTxt.
  2. Click Auto-Responders from the Tools menu.
  3. Click on the auto-responder you wish to change.



To make a change to the custom welcome message or to change the link included click on the Auto-Responder you want to update then select the Settings tab. From this same tab you are able to add an expiration date and response message or prevent users from using the responder more than once. 


  1. Log-into MojoTxt.
  2. Click Auto-Responders from the Tools menu.
  3. Click on the auto-responder you wish to change.
  4. Click on the Settings tab.  



You can also delete an Auto-Responder from this Settings screen as well.
