Mobile carriers require that all phone numbers used for automated text communication be registered in a centralized database. This database helps carriers identify the company/organization who is responsible for sending each message so they can provide faster, more reliable message delivery for trusted sources (like you) and protect their subscribers from spam.

As of February 1, 2025, mobile carriers will be blocking all messages from unregistered numbers, so it's critical that you register your texting number before that date. (The previously announced date was 12/1/2024, but the deadline has been extended to 2/1/2025)

Next Steps:

  1. Click here and follow the on-screen guide to submit your carrier registration.
  2. After we receive your registration form, we will submit it to the appropriate database.
  3. When your registration is complete, we will follow-up via email.

Questions & Answers

How long does registration take?

It takes about 15 minutes to complete the registration form. Once we receive your form, we will submit it to the carrier network for processing and verification. It can take anywhere from two days to three weeks for us to receive a campaign approval or rejection notice from the carrier network. Once we have an answer, we will inform you via email.

What will happen if I choose not to register?

If you choose not register your number, your messages will be much more likely to be blocked by carrier spam filters.

My number is registered, but my messages are still being blocked. How can this be?

While registering your number greatly reduces the likelihood of your messages being blocked, sometimes the content of your messages can trigger carrier spam filters, even if your number is registered. If this happens to you, please reach out to our support department. We can work with the carrier network to get future messages unblocked.
