There is not a way to disable the welcome message. We require it so the subscriber is informed of how to stop receiving messages from your subscription list and to let them know that their phone carrier could charge them for message and data usage in connection with their subscription.  If a subscriber does not have this information, it's more likely that they could report your messages to their carrier as spam, which could result in your MojoTxt number being blocked by their carrier.
