If you decide you no longer wish to use MojoTxt, we are happy to refund the unused portion of your monthly fee.
To receive your refund, all you need to do is visit the Cancel Account page in the My Account section of the MojoTxt dashboard.
When you access the Cancel Account page, we run an automated analysis of your account standing and instantly calculate a prorated account closing credit that takes into account how many days of your billing cycle have elapsed as well as the number of message credits and phone numbers you have used in the current cycle. If you are due a refund, the amount will be automatically returned to your credit card. If you have any questions about the calculated refund amount, please contact us.
